These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Happy Sunday's laundry pickup and delivery services, operated by DRYV Technologies, Inc. By booking, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template — please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

The Service

Happy Sunday provides pickup, washing, folding, and delivery of laundry within our DFW service area. Service availability depends on your location and our schedule.

Booking & Pricing

  • Pricing is by the bag. Current rates are shown on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
  • Your card is securely saved at booking through Stripe. You are not charged upfront.
  • After pickup, we weigh your laundry, confirm the final price, and then charge your saved card.
  • New-customer promotions apply only as described and to first orders unless otherwise stated.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and address information.
  • Have your laundry ready for pickup on your scheduled day.
  • Remove personal items from pockets. We are not responsible for items left in garments.
  • Flag delicate, special-care, or valuable items in advance.

Care & Liability

We handle your laundry with professional care and follow your stated preferences and care labels. While we take every precaution, normal wear, shrinkage, color change, or damage can occasionally occur, particularly on items without proper care labels. Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to a reasonable amount per order, and we ask that claims be reported promptly. We are not liable for items not properly disclosed or for ordinary wear and tear.

Cancellations & Changes

You may reschedule or cancel a pickup by contacting us ahead of your scheduled time. Weekly Set plans can be paused or cancelled anytime with no penalty.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails, we may pause service until it is resolved. You're responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

By booking, you consent to receive service-related texts and emails. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
