Any standard laundry bag or large garbage bag works perfectly. A standard bag holds roughly 15โ20 lbs of clothes. If your load is larger, we'll weigh it and confirm the final price before we start โ no surprises ever.
From pickup to delivery, most orders are completed within 24โ48 hours. We'll let you know your estimated delivery window when we confirm your pickup.
Absolutely. We use a labeled, secure bag system so your laundry stays together and is tracked from pickup to delivery. Your items are never mixed with other customers' laundry.

Wash & Fold starts at $40 per standard bag (roughly 15โ20 lbs). Most weekly customers spend $40โ$65 per pickup based on usage. Dry cleaning is priced per item. See our full pricing page for details.
No upfront payment required. You save your card when you book, but nothing is charged until after your laundry is complete and the final price has been confirmed with you. We never charge without your knowledge.
A standard laundry bag holds roughly 15โ20 lbs of clothes. If your load is larger, we'll weigh it on pickup and confirm the adjusted price before we begin service. You're always in the loop before any charge happens.
Your first Wash & Fold bag is 50% off โ that's $20 instead of $40. The discount is applied automatically to your first order. Spots are limited each week so book early to lock it in.
Yes โ always. Free pickup and delivery is included with every order, every time. There's no minimum order requirement and no hidden delivery fee added at the end.
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. Your card info is encrypted and never stored on our end โ only on Stripe's secure system. We do not accept cash at this time.
The Service

Your clothes are washed, dried, and neatly folded based on the preferences you set at booking โ wash temperature, dry heat, detergent type, folding style, and any special instructions. We follow your preferences every time.
Just add a note in your special instructions at booking and we'll handle those items with extra care. Items that need dry cleaning instead of standard wash and fold can be included as a separate dry cleaning order.
Yes! We offer dry cleaning priced per item. Items are returned on hangers, wrapped and ready. Text us at (972) 805-1400 to add dry cleaning to your order or check our pricing page for per-item rates.
Absolutely. At booking you can set wash temperature (cold, warm, hot), dry heat (low, medium, high), detergent preference (fresh scent, unscented, sensitive, hypoallergenic), folding style, and any special instructions like separating darks and lights or air-drying certain items.
Never. Each order is kept separate with a labeled bag system from the moment we pick it up to when it's delivered back. Your clothes are only ever washed with your own items.

No contract, no subscription lock-in. The weekly plan is flexible โ skip a week, pause, or cancel anytime by texting us. You're never locked into anything.

Of course. Life happens. Just text us at least a day before your scheduled pickup and we'll skip that week at no charge. Your weekly schedule resumes the following week automatically.

We run two route days every week so you're never waiting too long for a pickup. Exact route days are confirmed at booking based on your location and availability.
Yes โ we're growing! If you're just outside our current service area, text us anyway. We keep a waitlist for new neighborhoods and will reach out as soon as your area opens up.
